  What a great little find in an area full of hotels and their pricey food.
  
  This place doesn't look like much from the outside, but inside is an inexpensive, incredibly friendly environment.
  
  Seems to be busier for breakfast, but they have a ton of lunch items as well.  The staff (and presumably owners) can't be more helpful and the prices are incredibly reasonable.
  
  I've been staying across the street for months and never known about this place, and now you can't stop me from going back..

  This is a great spot for a quick lunch, snack, or when you need some convenience items. The place is operated by Koreans and James (the owner) is always very nice! I work in the area and they always remember my go-to items. Talk about paying attention to details! 90% of the time I will order the large turkey chili with extra cheese and onions. For $5.14 (with tax) will get you an awesome meal! I love how they do not put any beans or big tomatoes in there so it's a nice easy chili to eat. Tip: Ask for a free bag of tortilla chips with it. It is a great choice for keto fans! Be careful when coming around here during 12PM - 1PM because the line gets SUPER long because of all the people eating here from the building.

  Whereabouts: Located under building 5901 and adjacent to Reliant Urgent Care. Free 2 hour parking in the front and Airport Parking Center.

  Ordered a simple breakfast sandwich. It was just what I needed. Great prices for LA and a must eat if you are staying in nearby hotels that charge way too much.  They have a really good cup of coffee too!
  
  The owners are incredibly friendly and provide the best customer service!  It was fun to watch their interactions with long-time customers--very friendly and thankful.
  
  I'm here for another four days, so I'll be back several more times, I'm sure.

  Consistent good quality food and decently priced. Fresh ingredients, good portion. Nice, humble owners. Got the veggie wrap and they packed it with a generous amount of fresh, crisp veggies. Avocado was out but they let me substitute it with boiled eggs, which is very nice of them. Definitely will be back to try other things on the menu.
